Notary services are available at the Rockford office at 6653 Weaver Rd. Like all meetings at the office, notarizations are by appointment only.
A notary verifies the signer’s identity and witnesses the signature. Notarization is not legal advice; questions about what a document means or whether you should sign it belong with your attorney.

- Appointments: notary services are available by appointment only. Call (815) 986-7782 or send us a message to book.
- When you schedule: identification, document eligibility and any applicable fee are addressed before your appointment.
- Not every document can be notarized; we will confirm whether yours is eligible when you schedule.
